This allows us to identify category competitors, target retailers and develop the cost of doing business in the U.S. retail market. This ensures success for a brand to gain distribution quickly and efficiently. With extensive experience working with brands in various categories, we know what retailers are looking for in a brand and we develop a strategy to get your brand into retail quickly.
Administrative Support
We provide administrative support during all steps of the retailer/ distributor on-boarding process. Our team has experience with on-boarding brands, new item submission, and promotion management with major national retailers and distributors in all channels. We will navigate this process with accuracy, a sense of urgency, and fast turnaround times, supporting you in your “speed to shelf” in this highly competitive industry.
Trade Spend Management
Vista Brands offers key insights on promotional planning and pricing. We will provide monthly analysis of promotional support activity at key retailers, identifying sales lift as well as the effect of pricing at different levels. Based on account level data, Vista Brands will recommend promotional events that yield the best ROI for the brand. Promotions will focus on driving velocity and consumer acquisition.
Additional Services
To increase our client’s overall profitability, we manage manufacturing out-sourcing, raw goods procurement, R&D/Formulation, certification requirements, and packaging. We provide assistance with sourcing investor funding.
